How it works
01 · Appliances
The appliance, or the rating label on the back of it. The AI identifies the model and how much power it pulls.
02 · Bill
The AI reads your real rate, usage and billing period off the page. No typing, no smart meter, no account linking.
03 · Answer
Every appliance priced in dollars, ranked worst first, with what you'd save by changing how you run it.
The AI
Squinting at a model number on a dusty label, then hunting through a power bill for the rate you're actually on — that's the work nobody does. So the AI does it, and shows you what it found.
Reads the appliance from your photo. Make, model and the numbers on the rating plate, then looks up what that unit typically draws.
Reads your bill, whoever it's from. Your rate, usage, daily charge and billing period — pulled off the page, not typed in.
Works out how much each thing runs. A first estimate from the appliance type and your household, sharpened every time a new bill comes in.
You get the final say. Every figure is editable. If it assumes your dryer does four loads a week and it's really two, change it — the costs update, and the next estimate learns from it.
What it's worth
Knowing that is only half of it. DrWattson also prices the fix, so you can decide whether a change is actually worth making before you bother making it.
